An Energy Upgrade session is an intuitively channelled session aided by my Higher Self and Soul Team. My Soul Team is a collective consciousness specializing in the energetics of vibrational up-leveling and harmonization. Your Spirit Team, Light Teachers and/or Guides join in creating a session that best serves your highest good, bringing forth that which is appropriate for your personal healing, transformation and ascension path.   An environment is created rich in transformational energetics that encourage your attention to return to Original Being.  As you shift and transition into Love’s frequency, more aligned and desired outcomes are created.

Whether just starting a conscious practice or enhancing existing skills, you will learn various personalized tools and healing practices designed for living with intention, balance and ease.  A blending of some or all of the methods and technologies used are offered for what is most beneficial in the moment. Some of which include: Spiritual Guidance, Sacred Geometry, Presence Practices, Conscious Breathing, Quantum Biofeedback and Language of Light.

Hypnosis has the power to effect real, lasting and positive change. Being in an hypnotic state has often been misunderstood. While in trance you are aware and in control, able to open your eyes, speak, move around and will always be in alignment with your moral compass.  As you are guided into a place of deep mind and body relaxation, the rational mind stills and the subconscious and Higher Self become more accessible. This creates an environment where the conscious and subconscious minds can coexist. This alert trance state allows for both the client and facilitator to guide the journey together in a very interactive process.
